have a 48V DS 2002 model
When backing up and turning wheels to right, or going forward, as long as it's slow speed I hear a creaking sound from the front suspension.

WHeels are tight on hup
Tires have no odd wear
Shocks do no leak
I cannot find any broken welds or loose or missing bolts/nuts.
Rubber boot covers joint on steering without cracks or splits
All grease fittings are greased

It's odd when you look as someone moves the cart I can't see it
(whats happening) but you can hear it.

jacked it up and no sound, you need weight, which made me thing shock, but
it doesn't do it when you simply move it up and down you have to turn the wheel.

Have you checked your tie rod ends to see if they look good?
