having a problem starting my g9, turn on key, give it gas, and all it does is try to start.. it attempts to start, it moves at a very slow pace, but don't kick off. I have
spark,gas.. i even pull the choke and it pops like it wants to start, but nothing. I have
put it up on a lift. and give it gas and it seems to work fine. once it has some heat in the engine, it runs like raped ape, but just when i get it out and try to go i have this problem. again i have spark a very clean carb a new plug. the unit was sitting for a number of years before i found it. was wonderin it the starter belt has anything to do with this problem? yesterday i took the checkvalve from the crankcase hose and cleaned that and still have the same problem. I am going to replace all the fuel lines, due to old age, but i don't thing they are the problem. i took off and cleaned the carb(was very dirty)

can anyone help me?
